Priorities: More exercise/less weight/less stress As the calendar flips to a new year, a new survey from Scripps Health reveals the top five personal health goals for San Diegans in 2010. Topping the list of planned health improvements are more diligent exercise routines, followed by weight loss and stress reduction. The survey of more than 2,000 San Diego County adults asked respondents to name their single-most important health goal for 2010.
